Idea Cellular, India’s third-largest mobile operator with over 200 million users, introduced the Adobe experience cloud systems. The aim is to enhance customer services and provide Idea Cellular’s subscribers with personalized customer support.

With this partnership, Adobe introduced its Experience Cloud solutions which include Adobe Advertising Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Analytics Cloud.

Kulmeet Bawa, Managing Director for South Asia, Adobe said the Adobe Cloud services will help Idea to reduce the customer acquisition costs and increase the revenue from online channels.
This Adobe Cloud services also help in automation of Idea’s customer care services and provide advanced self-care options to its customers, this reduces the operational cost and call center traffic.
