Elon Musk, the famous (infamous?) man of the hour, always hits the headlines. Commonly known as the Nikola Tesla of the modern generation, Musk is not just an entrepreneur, but an investor, creator and dreamer. Musk grew up dreaming about a time when Earth and the interstellar world become friends. The man is now aiming at taking the human population to Mars in order to avoid the extinction of humanity and he succeeded. Well, almost. If you ever feel low on life and want some much needed motivation, then Elon Musk has the answers for you!

Engineering is the way of life and not just education.

If you are sleeping, you can never grow. Dream while you are sleeping, not while you are awake!

If Elon Musk can start his life at the age of 20, why not you?

If you’re trying to create a company, it’s like baking a cake. You have to have all the right ingredients in the right proportions.

A cake is delicious on the whole, not just through a slice at a time.

When something is important enough, you do it even if the odds are not in your favor.

Do not ever think of what can go wrong. Think of what you can do right.

I think that’s the single best piece of advice: constantly think about how you could be doing things better and questioning yourself.

Every day is about questioning yourself and how well you do in life.

I think it’s very important to have a feedback loop, where you’re constantly thinking about what you’ve done and how you could be doing it better. I think that’s the single best piece of advice: constantly think about how you could be doing things better and questioning yourself.

Only realise the value of people who give you true advice and not those who admire for the sake of things.

There is always a positive and negative aspect to life and Elon Musk is here to guide us to the light of a happy tomorrow!

Tesla StartupStories

Tesla has ramped up its India expansion by leasing a 24,565 sq ft warehouse at Lodha Logistics Park in Mumbai’s Kurla West. The five-year lease, registered on May 16, 2025, involves a total rent of over ₹24 crore, starting at ₹37.53 lakh per month with a 5% annual escalation. The facility includes two ground-floor units and 20 parking spots, with rent payments commencing June 1, 2025.

This warehouse will function as a key service center and garage for Tesla’s India operations, excluding bodywork and spray painting. The move supports Tesla’s preparations for its official market debut, expected in late 2025 or early 2026.

Tesla’s India rollout includes offices in Pune, flagship showrooms in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) and Delhi-NCR, and co-working spaces in Mumbai. The new warehouse lease highlights Tesla’s commitment to building a robust infrastructure for sales, service, and delivery of electric vehicles and energy products across India.

While manufacturing plans are not yet confirmed, Tesla is reportedly exploring sites in Maharashtra for a potential assembly unit. The Mumbai warehouse lease marks a significant step in Tesla’s strategy to establish a strong presence in one of the world’s fastest-growing EV markets.
