American technology giant Microsoft has recently launched the Windows 10 Creators Update for computers and now the company is said to finish the final works to release in their smartphones.

The company had listed out 13 smartphone models that will be getting the Windows Creators Update. And here is the list:

  • Microsoft Lumia 550
  • Microsoft Lumia 640
  • Microsoft Lumia 640 XL
  • Microsoft Lumia 650
  • Microsoft Lumia 950
  • Microsoft Lumia 950 XL
  • HP Elite x3
  • SoftBank 503LV
  • VAIO Phone Biz
  • Alcatel Idol 4s
  • Alcatel One Touch Fierce XL

This list may be little disappointing for many as it doesn’t include many of its former flagships like the Lumia 930 and Lumia 1520.

In a defending statement to this unhappy decision, Windows Insider Chief Dona Sarkar said: “We recognize that many Insiders will be disappointed to see their device is no longer supported. We looked at feedback from our Windows Insiders and realized that we were not providing the best possible experience for our customers on many older devices. That helped us determine which devices we support for the Windows 10 Creators Update. We are continually listening to your feedback to provide the best experience for all of our customers”

The Windows 10 Creators update will allow its users to create and enjoy live game streams and customized eSports tournaments on the multiplayer network, including Xbox Live. This update will also likely include an advanced 3D paint application, a new MyPeople app, Night Mode, a better Cortana, Picture-in-Picture mode, and an enhanced edge browser.

As mentioned earlier, this feature has already rolled out on PC’s running Windows 10 globally.

Rozana, India’s leading rural retail platform, has secured ₹290 crore ($35 million) in a Series B funding round led by Bertelsmann India Investments (BII), with participation from Omidyar Network India, Vivid Capital, and Tana Investment Holding. This Rozana funding brings its total capital to over ₹500 crore, fueling hyperlocal expansion in underserved rural markets. Founded in 2021 by brothers Prashant and Prateek Chauhan, the startup’s phygital model blends micro-stores, app-based ordering, and last-mile delivery to connect 5 million+ users in 12 states with brands like ITC and HUL.

The ₹290 crore investment will supercharge Rozana’s rural omnichannel retail strategy, targeting 5x growth in 18 months. Plans include adding 5,000 micro-stores in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Rajasthan; AI-powered inventory tech; and new categories like groceries and electronics. By empowering 20,000+ rural micro-entrepreneurs, Rozana taps into India’s $700 billion rural retail boom, where smartphone penetration and UPI drive 12% annual growth.

This Rozana Series B milestone positions it as a frontrunner against rivals like Ninjacart, eyeing unicorn status by 2028 amid ONDC tailwinds.
