1. Better leadership, a number of people

2. Questions will get you answers
Ask as many questions as you can to clear any doubts you might have. It’s always better to clear doubts before launching your startup. It means that you are interested in learning everything there it to the startup system and are in it for the long haul.

3. Success does not come overnight
Always have your eyes on the prize, but also celebrate the small wins, as they will keep your momentum steady. Rome was not built in a day and neither will your startup. Pace yourself and celebrate every milestone.

4. Listen to all, but filter the information
Listen to what’s being spoken about your startup, both the positives and the negatives, but use that information constructively. While positives will give you a temporary high, don’t get carried away as tomorrow is a brand new day. But at the same time don’t let the negative bring you down. Listen to them, understand where they are coming and grow from there.

5. Believe in your product, but remember the customer is king
Never underestimate your own product. Belief in your product is absolutely necessary when you are looking for sponsors or pitching your idea to others. But the customers ultimately will use your product so listen closely to their feedback and take the necessary steps to rectify any issue or better any aspect of your product.
