Google Emerged As The ‘Most Attractive Employer’ Yet Again

Search engine giant Google India has been named as the ‘Most Attractive Employer’ brand. Randstad India conducted a survey wherein Google India emerged as a winner yet again for the third time in a row. Mercedez-Benz bagged the second position as the most attractive employer brand.

India’s largest online retailer Amazon India for eCommerce, ITC Limited for FMCG and Philips India for Consumer and Healthcare were the sector specific winners for the most attractive employers in 2017.

Employees focused on minimal features like salary and employee benefits, good work-life balance, as well as job security while picking up their favorites. We were not surprised to learn that work-life balance has moved up to the second position from the fifth position in their priority list.

The 7th edition of the Randstad Employer Brand Research was conducted among 1.65 lakh employees from 26 countries in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas. This survey covered as many as 150 large companies.
